I have been on Hilton Head Island over 27 years and I believe I am the only former Ohio resident that had never vacationed here but moved here for a job.
I believe there are a lot of beautiful places in the world to live, I am of course prejudice to Hilton Head, but the people make the difference. A welcoming community offering a beautiful, safe and friendly environment is why we all want to live here. Everything here is nice but each area and community have their own personalities and my job is to find the one that fits you best and I am a good match maker.

Born in Boston, Sue will tell you she was born in the wrong "B-town". Bluffton has been her home since 1984 when the small town feel captured her heart. A lot has changed in Bluffton since it was one square mile big, but not the Bluffton State of Mind.
Sue had her first career on Hilton Head where she worked for almost 30 years in sales and management for womens ( kids and men's) specialty stores S.M. Bradford Co. and Currents. As the family owned company grew from one store to 6, so did Sue's responsibilities, becoming General manager of the 4 island store and helping to open and guide 2 stores in Montana.
The same level of personal service Sue embodied in her retail career has carried over into her position as a Realtor with The Simon Group. Sue is not only knowledgeable about the Bluffton and Island communities, she is there to help from beginning to end, always exceeding expectations. With 6 years and counting in real estate Sue has developed a reputation for hard work, honesty, integrity and going the extra mile.

North Carolina native Leanne Sturms has long had an appreciation of the South, and of the Lowcountry in particular. She understands Hilton Head Island's distinctive appeal-- its friendly citizenry, its wildlife, its live oaks draped with Spanish moss, and its lovely winding waterways. The area won her heart during twenty-three years of travel between Manhattan, Los Angeles and Boston, years which included many happy returns to the area she now identifies as home.
“Traveling south, down the north-south corridor known as I-95, I remember feeling the air soften around Maryland in a way that seemed intrinsically familiar and slower-moving,” she recalls. Melodic Southern accents, smiling faces – a genteel respite awaits.
Since she's done a bit of traveling, Leanne believes that matching buyers and sellers is akin to planning a road trip, or a journey to a new beginning. Leanne presents real estate with an unusual penchant for detail. Having earned degrees in Economics and Integrated Marketing Communication, and holding a Pricing Advisory Strategy certification, she works with diligence and integrity to create a positive experience for all her clients.

My story is very similar to a large percentage of the people currently living in Hilton Head full time. My husband and I started coming to here on vacation in 1984. We loved it so much we purchased a part time home in 1985. Moved here full time in 2002. It was the best decision! I have a bachelors degree from Western MichiganUniversity and a master’s degree from Indiana University. I was a sportswear buyer in Chicago, a math teacher in Michigan and now a realtor.
